Who we are looking for

We accompany and support you in your first steps towards a successful career. This includes demanding and challenging tasks as well as regular feedback to help you improve.
Internship
An internship gives you an initial insight into the day-to-day work at PAWLIK and can also help you decide which career goals you would like to pursue. During your studies, you can get to know us at any time as part of a mandatory internship. A duration of 3 to 6 months is ideal to give you a comprehensive overview of our work. Of course, your internship will be remunerated at a rate of EUR 650 gross per month.
Student trainees
Do you want to earn money in parallel to your studies and find out how a consulting company operates? We are regularly looking for students to help our teams with their projects. If you wish to participate, you should have 15 to 20 hours per week and an interest in the consulting industry. Depending on your qualifications and position, we will pay you EUR 11 to EUR 15 gross per hour.
Dual study
A dual study program is the best way to apply theoretical knowledge directly in practice. We have been supporting students on their way to graduation with our expertise and experience since 2005. As a partner company of the HSBA (Hamburg School of Business Administration), we regularly train Bachelor’s and Master’s students in the following fields of study:
