Personal development
PAWLIK Learning
We believe in people and in their ongoing development. This is why learning is so important to us. All employees receive appropriate feedback and tailored support via our scientific scan process. Regular, individual development meetings form the basis for personal career planning. In addition, we continue our education together at our PAWLIK Inhouse Academy and strive to become a little better every day!
We like to share our knowledge and experience; this also helps us get to know each other better on a personal level as well as network with each other.
