The accomplished HR expert has helped build the entire PAWLIK team since 1996. As part of the executive team, her primary focus is to be a liaison between the teams and management. This is why she is constantly exchanging information, primarily with our managers. Beyond that, she is responsible for all topics relating to contractual matters.
