We are also aware of our social responsibility as a company. Annual donations for social projects, which are usually suggested and initiated by our colleagues, are just as much an integral part of our culture, as are, for example, the collaborative collection of clothing donations and sports sponsorships for good causes. Beyond that, we also support the personal commitment of our employees. We support each member of the PAWLIK family who invests his or her energy in social job-related projects with time off - in the form of a paid leave. Together, we have already accomplished quite a bit!“
Applying our PAWLIK-specific competencies where they are urgently needed is particularly close to our hearts. This is why we often support local projects in the vicinity of our locations. For example, we have already collaborated with several organizations that provide support to disadvantaged young persons. As experts in HR development and consulting, we were able to prepare these youths for their first job applications with training and also support them with various courses on other topics. Working with young people was a valuable experience for all employees involved in the project.
For us, diversity is a living reality. Our focus is on people and their potential - regardless of their religious affiliation, cultural background or sexuality. However, we are also aware that this is not the reality everywhere yet. This is why we think it’s part of our social responsibility to support the respective communities. For example, we are a member of the Hamburg Pride e.V. association, which works to reduce prejudice and discrimination against LGBTQIA+ and to promote legal equality for these groups.
