New office concept
Developing new ideas, planning projects together, working in a focused manner - day-to-day activities at PAWLIK are exciting and varied. All these tasks can only be implemented with the appropriate quality if there are opportunities for personal communication, as well as sufficient space to enable concentration at work. Based on these requirements, we have completely redesigned our office at the Hamburg location. We have done away with fixed workplaces and we now work collaboratively across several different departments there. Communicative work spaces make it possible to develop ideas together and to exchange information about the progress of projects. Inspiring spaces are available for focused work alone or in teams.
Remote Work
You organize your day! We enable our employees to determine their own work schedules. This applies both to working hours and location. In this way, you can plan your day flexibly and balance your professional goals with your private interests. We provide you with appropriate equipment for your mobile office so that you can work optimally from anywhere. It’s up to you to decide whether you're more productive at home, at the office, or at a coffee shop. This also enables you to make the most of your time on the way to your appointments.
