Our top international trainers provide training to our employees at our PAWLIK Inhouse Academy. In addition to the content, the main focus here is placed on learning together, getting to know colleagues from other departments or locations, exchanging ideas and having fun. All of this broadens your personal horizons, which benefits you both professionally and also on a personal level. The trainings are always up-to-date and range from trending topics, through methodological competencies and all the way to soft skill trainings such as stress management and self-management programs. Of course, we also offer the possibility of internal licensing for various training formats.
Some types of potential cannot be developed in joint training sessions. Therefore, we also offer the possibility of individual coaching programs. In these programs, we support you with targeted exercises to evaluate your perception and develop a behavior with which you can unlock your potential and reach your goals. Our coaching methods are based on your goals. You decide which coach suits you and is allowed to support you. All approaches are derived from well-established psychological theories and can be combined with each other.
